Credit Card Payment Online
We have improved our Credit Card Payment process. You may now access this process through the PAWS system. The new process will automatically update your account in BANNER. Therefore, you should be able to immediately see the credit card payment when you access your account balance.
Topay online with a credit card:
1.
Using your web browser (Netscape, highly recommended), go to “paws.gcsu.edu”.

Click on “Login to Secured Area”, enter your user id and
pin. If you have forgotten your pin,
please call the Registrar’s Office at (478) 445-6286.

Click on “Student Services & Financial Aid”, click on “Registration”.

Click on “Credit Card Payment”.

You will then need to choose the term you wish to register for from the
drop down box. Click “Submit Term”.

You will then see any financial aid that has been awarded and your fees
for the term. If there is a balance due
it will be shown at the bottom.

To pay the balance by credit card click on “Pay Fees”.
8.
Pick the correct card type from the drop down box. Enter your credit
card number, cardholder name, address, city, state, zip and the expiration date
of the card. Click “Submit”.
9.
Once the credit card has been accepted, the amount will be posted to your
account and a message will be displayed stating that the charges have been accepted. Click where specified to return to the menu.
10.
You may verify that the payment was applied to your account by clicking
on “GC&SU Term Balance”.
