Welcome to the Student Technology Service page.  Here you will find step by step instructions to help you troubleshoot your computer issue on your own.

SERVE Student Services

 SERVE can provide the following services to students FREE of charge while they wait:

 

·      Phone support (445-SERV) for technology related questions

·      Guidance in computer purchases

·      Help with connecting to the campus network

·      Help with anti-virus and anti-spyware software installation

·      Help with patch and service pack installation

·      Help with virus and spyware removal

·      Provide a list of area computer repair facilities for advanced diagnostics and repair

 

* Computer Recommendations

*Service time limit based on availability of repair technicians, amount of backlog work, and probability of success as determined by the SERVE manager.
