Answers to the questions received on the Pay
Study Classification Plan have been posted at the following location:

Please print and post this information for any
employees in your area who do not have access to a computer. Also, please let
them know that their feedback is important and that they are encouraged to
submit a feedback by fax or mail.
If you have any questions or comments about this
study, PLEASE submit them. Dr. DePaolo and Bonnie Sims are interested in your
feedback. If you are concerned about confidentiality, names are not required
and your comments are sent directly to the Chair of Staff Council. I will
compile the comments and/or questions and will forward them Dr. DePaolo and Ms.
Sims. My name is the only name associated with these questions/comments.
Please remember the only way this process can
work is for everyone to participate and to understand the process. Year after
year the Staff Surveys have indicated dissatisfaction with salary and
classification.
