The following is quoted from a letter received from John L. Jessup. President/CEO of Magnolia State Bank of Eastman and Tullie Jones, Regional President Magnolia State Bank
"Dear Georgia College and State University Employees,
We would like to extend our sincere apology for the untimely posting of your automated payroll deposit. The error was the result of an oversight on our part and we have taken the appropriate measure to assure that all payrolls are posted to your accounts timely in the future. We regret any inconvenience you may have incurred from this situation. We will reimburse any fees you may have incurred with your financial institution because of the payroll error. Please bring a copy of your bank statement with the fees charged in order to be reimbursed. Additionally, we will draft any correspondence needed to explain our error on your behalf to third parties. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience our error may have caused."
