The Flannery O'Connor-Andalusia Foundation sponsors a screening of the film version of "The Life You Save May Be Your Own" and a follow-up discussion about issues of moving from print to other media. The screening is scheduled for 7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 28 in the Pat Peterson Education Room, GCSU Museum.
This featured event enables exploration of issues for an author--whether Flannery O'Connor or Ray Bradbury--when creative work goes from one platform to another.
The featured scholar Dr. Bruce Gentry, GCSU Professor of English and Editor of the Flannery O’Connor Review, will answer questions from the audience.
Featured partners are the FOCA Foundation, "Flannery O'Connor Review," and GCSU Library and Instructional Technology Center's Special Collections.
FOCA Foundation Executive Director Craig Amason will coordinate this Big Read event.
